Tata Croma Independence Day Non-violent Sale

Rustomjee Business School students participated in the Tata Croma Independence Day promotion campaign, gaining hands on experience in retail sales promotion and understand consumer buying behaviour. Students were required to be on the floor for 12 hours per day on both the days of the promotion campaign, assist with customer service, manage crowds, and discuss promotion schemes with the customers. All students received experience letters from Tata Croma for their work.
