'A Disappearing Number’ is a 2007 play co-written and devised by the Complicite Company and directed and conceived by English playwright Simon McBurney, one of the most acclaimed theatrical plays of our times. Prithvi Theatre, Mumbai teamed up with Complicite to bring this play to India. Rustomjee Cambridge International School played host to the ‘Maths Mela’ in collaboration with Prithvi Theatre which included a math’s lab, film screenings, math stalls managed by students; which acted as a run-up the play. Rustomjee Business School were invitees for the special student screenings at NCPA, Mumbai. Students came back inspired and learned important life lessons in trivial issues like following the path of passion, they also learned lessons on how to conceptualise a basic idea to an extravagant act, how to tell a story passionately and in an engaging way, on how to collaborate technology in telling your story without losing the soul of the message.
